We stayed here on a road trip from Ontario, sadly only for one night. We wanted somewhere affordable but comfortable, and not bug infested or dirty. Thankfully we found this place! We arrived very late and Jay (owner) offered to make us coffee immediately. He allowed us to choose between rooms to stay in. The room was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Also a lot bigger than expected. The service was amazing, Jay makes sure you’re comfortable. 10/10 recommend, stay here !!
This place is the best. Great staff, great rooms, coffee ALL THE TIME, snacks, a/c. And if you need the owner will drive you anywhere.
Amazing service and room was clean and big. Jay the owner was very accommodating to my son and I during our stay. Fresh coffee all day and muffins/fruit in the mornings before I headed out for my day. Great views of the water on second floor deck and great sunsets at night. Such a peaceful place to stay. I highly recommend Rollo Bay Inn to anyone passing through.
By far the best place to stay in Eastern PEI! Beautiful location, amazing service, kid friendly, and a calm peaceful environment. Jay, the owner and Manager of the Inn is beyond amazing, and he makes your stay comfortable and accommodates the needs of his guests and also provides fresh coffee, and snacks / fruit 24 hrs daily! I strongly recommend booking a room here, you will be glad you did!
Got in town around midnight. No one was answering for a room overnight in town. I had the greatest hospitality that I could have. It felt like home. I do recommend for anyone looking for a stay in Souris. The host had a great heart and was happy to welcome me in, even late at night. I hope to come back again one day.
Jay is a wonderful owner! So friendly let us look at room before staying! This was a last minute trip and we also had our dog (has his own kennel) and he accepted us, would have been a long drive home had we not found this place to stay! He offered us coffee that evening and had coffee in the morning with some muffins and fruit! The rooms are a bit dated but it was clean! The ac was a nice touch as well as the wifi! I would totally recommend for his hospitality alone! Well done Jay!!!!
Came to Souris on a work trip and stayed at this place for a week. I travel for work and i have never seen same hospitality in any other hotel of NS or PEI. Jay(owner of the hotel) was very humble. Never seen a hotel owner like him. My car got stuck in snow and as i did not know anybody there so called Jay. He( the hotel owner) came with a shovel and one more person to get my car out of snow. I talked to a lot of people in souris and everyone appreciated the way Jay treat everyone. I’ll never forget this place!! Thanks Jay!!
Very kind staff in a classic feeling hotel. The room we stayed in was big and had all of the necessary amenities, and the check in and out was simple. The only bad side was that the room was really cold, too cold to get comfortable in, especially while showering or in bed we were quite chilly.
